Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via the official Dowinx website with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Disassemble the chair carefully and place all components, including hardware and tools, back into the original shipping box to ensure safe transit and full refund eligibility.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for damages, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
